3-year apprenticeship as project lead of a team of 4-5 people using Agile/Scrum methodology.
Kandy is an innovative small company, initially a digital services provider for direct sales companies (BodyNature) and the real estate sector (LF Immo network). After ~1 year, merged with LF Immo: Kandy became their near-exclusive R&D laboratory.
Small team = enormous responsibilities and freedom, touching all technologies and all facets of projects (not just development: architecture, DevOps, data, R&D, production deployment).

AI analysis, prediction and data analytics for direct sales. Helping salespeople identify the most relevant clients to train using RFM segmentation.
Distributed GPU worker for AI-powered interior design. Multi-model pipeline: generation, inpainting, and upscaling of real estate images with 250+ design prompts.
ML algorithm predicting real estate listings based on massive data sources (DVF, DPE). Mobile map display for agents to reach properties before competitors.
Photo stitching algorithm for 360° panoramas, working 100% offline. Web platform for virtual tours with room-to-room navigation and equirectangular blur algorithm.
REST API auto-generating HD promotional videos for real estate from photos and descriptions. Cinematic zoom & pan effects, dynamic overlays, and animated agent cards.
